The Nourish option in Community+ allows users to connect with local health grocers, cooking classes, or even community gardens. Our mission is to connect individuals that aim to improve their eating habits and to make sourcing products, learning new skills, and collaborating on recipes effortless.

Nourish aims to connect users of FHIOS Health with shared goals of improving their health via diet. It provides information on local stores, community members with shared interests, or diet and cooking focused activities to the user to make changing one’s dietary habits and maintaining them simpler than ever before.
